How to Plan: Liquor, Liquor Everywhere and Not a Drop to Drink

I am not proud of this picture. Over the years – and I mean years – my other half and I have collected lots of seemingly useless alcohol. Stuff leftover from parties, cocktail ideas gone awry, superfluous cooking ingredients, random gifts from friends, you name it and we’re stuck with it. What on earth does one do with cherry liqueur, for example?

Well, here I am trying to think of an interesting cocktail to make for you all this weekend and I feel as if I have nothing to work with here. I also feel like I am not prepared to spend a load of cash this weekend, especially considering I was planning to throw a fancy schmancy cocktail party in the next few weeks.

So what do I make? Guess I will be as surprised as you all this weekend!
